2. Orders & Payments

✔️ Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available with mandatory verification

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. COD orders require verification via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Q5: Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. Frequent cancellations may result in account blocking.

- Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
- COD orders may take an additional 1 to 2 days due to verification.

- Refunds are processed after product inspection and will reflect in your bank account within 7 to 15 working days.

Yes, for exchanges, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies.
